Your Cordless Rugged Tire Inflator's battery will come with a minimal charge. It will be necessary to charge the battery prior to initial use. Recharge after each use to prevent compromised battery life.
This Cordless Rugged Tire Inflator should be charged using a USB A phone or tablet block charger (not included with your purchase).
It takes about 4 hours to fully charge your battery from a 2.1A USB outlet. The inflator should be charged every four months to keep battery at peak performance.
Do not use a computer to charge your Cordless Rugged Tire Inflator.
Slime's tire inflator air hose lever has been updated! Depending on when your inflator was made, you may have either the new black lever or the older green lever. The levers operate differently, so follow the instructions below for your specific lever type:
Black Lever with "Down-to-Lock" Technology:
Step 1: Start with the black lever in the up position, then firmly press the inflator air hose head onto the tire valve stem.
Step 2: Press down on the black lever to lock the air head onto the tire valve stem.
Green Lever with "Lift-to-Lock" Technology:
Step 1: Start with the green lever in the down position, then firmly press the inflator air hose head onto the tire valve stem.
Step 2: Lift up the green lever to lock the air head onto the tire valve stem.
