The Supplier Code of Conduct applies all relevant aspects of ITW’s Code of Conduct to our suppliers.

We encourage you to ask any questions, express your concerns, or report any violations or suspected violations of our Code of Conduct, Supplier Code of Conduct, or applicable laws.

You can access the ITW Confidential Helpline to make a report. We will keep your identity confidential to the extent practicable. ITW will not tolerate retaliation against anyone who expresses a concern or reports a suspected violation in good faith.
