What if I purchased an Extended Protection Plan?
Every Slime product includes our manufacturer's warranty. Some retailers (such as Amazon, Walmart, etc.) may offer optional Product Protection Plans, Extended Warranties, or Service Contracts at the time of purchase. These programs are sold and administered by the retailer and/or a third-party provider, not by Slime.
Because we do not administer these plans, we cannot verify coverage, activate plans, process claims, issue reimbursements, or make decisions regarding plan benefits. For assistance with a retailer-purchased protection plan, please contact the retailer or plan administrator directly using the information provided with your purchase. Our customer service team can assist with questions about our manufacturer's warranty, but we are unable to manage or process claims for retailer-sold protection plans.
